James Bradish Letter : June 22, 1863

James notes that it can be difficult to get enough to eat because rations are not always adequate, and the prices of goods are so high that the soldiers' infrequent pay cannot cover the expenses. He discusses a few family affairs and expresses hope that he can make it back home alive.
