This is a document written by O.G. Dunckel on behalf of the "Band of Chippewas Residing on the Pine River." This document records O.G. Dunckel's business agreement to help plow the land of this particular Native American tribe starting in 1852. It also states that he should be paid $48.00 in 1853, possibly in July, for his work. The money is said to come from the government agent assigned to their tribe.
