Ellen Scofield Letter : November 10, 1862

A letter to Guy Scofield from his sister, Ellen. Ellen tells Guy that she has received his other letters and that she and the rest of the family are sorry that Guy is so sick. She comments that she doesn't understand why the army won't allow Guy to come home to recover. She tells Guy a little of what has been happening at home, and asks that when he writes to tell her about where he is, and what news there is from Cincinnati.
