President Obama delivers a statement following the arrest of the second suspect in the April 15, 2013 bombing at the Boston Marathon. He praises the coordinated effort of law enforcement and extends condolences to the family of MIT Officer Sean Collier who died in a confrontation with the suspects. Obama says the bombers failed and can not break the resilience of the American people. He also speaks about the explosion in West, TX where 14 died.
