President Obama addresses the United Nations General Assembly. Obama urges the U.N. to respond more actively to Syria's civil war and outlines his foreign policy goals for the Middle East and North Africa, saying U.S. priorities will focus on the Arab-Israeli peace process and ensuring non-proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.
